A professional, hand blast cabin for roughening, cleaning, rust removal, matting, deburring and polishing of workpieces. An installation that is suitable for various types of blasting media (corundum, glass beads, ceramic pearls, steel grit, zirconium sand, plastic blasting media, etc.).
The installation works with a vacuum injection blasting system. For this, the blasting gun is equipped with two hoses, one for the compressed air and the other for the blasting medium. Using the created vacuum, the abrasive is sucked in from the funnel and sprayed onto the workpiece via the nozzle. Then the sprayed medium falls through the work grid and enters the abrasive funnel again. As dust separation, a continuously cleaning cartridge filter is used which extracts and separates the dust and other contaminants from the blasting medium. The separated dust is collected in the dust collection bin. The abrasive falls back into the abrasive funnel for reuse.
